Sales Prices going UP!!
"How much is my home worth" is a question I get asked a lot. There are many factors that can influence this number but normally with the data available from our 2 major Multiple Listing Services in the Denver and northern area of Colorado we can give you a pretty close estimate. There has been quite a significant rise of 4.4% in the average sales price of detached dwellings but the 28.1% rise in attached dwellings is really high. This compare to 2014 which we know was up already from the previous years. Average days on market is a bit lower and inventory is still very low for the demand we are experiencing.
Interest rates are still very low and if you have been in your current home for a while you most probably have some good equity in it which will make it favourable to sell and buy a bigger home or even to downsize.
